Temple And Bone Of Side Face Hit While Closing The Car Door. Big Lump Formed. Fainted, Dizziness And Pain In Head

I was closing the car door hard and hit the bone and temple on side of face very hard. I got a 1/2 inch high lump from it. The next day I think I fainted and may have hit my forehead but it looks more like it is just very swollen. Woke up on bathroom floor. I am dizzy, disoriented, and now have 3 areas of pain on my head. Help!

u can suffered from some internal brain injury so immediately visit to neurologist and have CT scan. that will ruled out any internal injury. so do it as soon as possible thanks
