Taking Osteo Biflex, Turmeric, Ester C Hya Luronic Acid Omeprazole For Crest Disease. Suggestions?

I am taking many supplements for crest desease, osteo biflex, turmeric,ester c Hya luronic acid one drug Omeprazole, I am 65 years old have been taking most of these drugs especiall the osteo biflex and msm for many years, turmeric for the last few months, and esterc in the last month. My blood pressure has been below 120 until the last few months. It has been over 130/85 to 158 sometimes what do you think>

Hi,

As age advances the arteries becomes stiff and will cause high blood pressure, its known as primary hypertension. Their is deposition of calcium in the inner wall of artery.

Now biflex does contains vitamin D which increase the absorption of calcium in blood which may effect the ongoing process of ageing.

I would advice you to
1) have your blood calcium levels checked, more over
2) reduce intake salt.
3) avoid caffeinated beverages and alcohol
4) do exercise and meditation as it helps to relax and decrease in blood pressure.
