Taking blood pressure medicine. Have high cholesterol. How to eat healthy by spending less?

Yes, how are you? I am a 39 year old male, trying to eat right with a low sodium diet and watch my cholesterol, but my wallet is tight and eating healthy with a family of six is to high for my budget. What are some the foods that is healthy for a guy in my position and I want to get of my blood pressure meds; is it possible?
