Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The twinge ion the chest and left shoulder blade is not a worrisome finding. It is likely to be a muscular pain. If the pain is increasing and associated with breathlessness then it needs to be investigated.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
