Dear Sir/Madam
Thanks for writing to us.
1. This is not correct to stop your medicines on your own and experiment with your health. This can be dangerous at times. If you wish to withdraw a drug, do consult your doctor and do it under supervision of your doctor.
2. Severe pain in neck is not likely to be directly associated with high blood pressure, unless there is bleeding in brain. There can be other reasons especially local ones. Since it is severe , do consult your doctor on priority.
Sincerely
