Taking Nyquil, want to impregnate, addicted to masturbation. Is it bad?<br>

Trying to have a baby and my wife is 39, I m 40. I take NyQuil to help me sleep about 4/5 week and also masterbate. I have trouble sometimes keeping it hard and have to masternate and then come in my wife. I wanted to know how bad this is as she wants to get pregnant. I masterbate a lot and have trouble stopping and is NyQuil bad? Please help

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have been indulged in masturbation frequently and taking peels to get sleep.
It is important to have sufficient quantity and good quality of the sperms to conceive and result on pregnancy. it is likely that you may not achieve this due to frequent masturbation .
Please avoid masturbating and instead you can have frequent sex with your wife to achieve your goal to impregnate her.
