Taking Mebiz for IBS. Gas, stomach pain. Suggestions?

Hello Doc, I have been taking mebiz SR for the past 2 years to get relief from irregular bowel habits.I have told by doc its irregular bowel syndrome .Apparently there is nothing wrong with my digestion .Once I am at home I need not take any medicines but once I am out for some tours (I am a sales professional) my problem starts. For the past couple of days I am having gas and slight pain in the lower left side of my belly .I first took O2 for 5 days with Pantocid for 5 days. The problem subsided for some days. After a weeks time I am again having diarrhoea and gas. Please suggest. Best Regards Ajit
