Taking Ceftriaxone, Tazobactam and paracetamol after Widal test. Had typhoid. How long to cure?

i was infected with typohid around two years back now again my widal tests shows s typhi o 1;160 and s typhi h 1;160 and i am now currently under treatment i am being given 2 does of ceftriaxone and tazobactam injection daily along with three dose of parcetamol tablets. i was given the same thing last time many day will it take to cure
