Hello,
Your 3 1/2 yr old son is having enlarged tonsils, asthma, allergy, bad smelled breath and loss of appetite.
regarding Tonsil Antibiotic and Anti inflammatory drugs can be given only if it is inflamed and producing temperature like symptoms. Otherwise no need for any treatment. Normally for children the tonsil may look like enlarged. If at all surgery - to be done after 5 years depending upon the condition at that time
Regarding loss of appetite any digestive enzymes along with a single dose for worm treatment will be helpful.
Regarding Asthma and Allergy try to find the cause by doing investigations like TC, DC, ESR, Hb, Mx, X-Ray Chest and treat the cause if any.
Avoid cold climate, closed and smoky atmosphere. If indicated Antibiotic and Broncho dilators and anti allergic
The bad breath - take care of oral hygiene including tongue and antibiotic and anti amoebic after consulting a pediatrician.
if you follow the above steps nothing to worry
Best wishes
