Swollen Pea Sized Lumps On Right Side Of Pelvic Area, Mild Discharge. Diagnosed As BV. Recommendations?

Okay - I've been told I have BV - and after 2 stints of antibotics, it;'s not gone!! I have 3 little swolen pea sized lumps on my riight side of pelvic area. Dec told me lyphnoid was swollen due to infection - BV. During entercourse it sounds like I have a ballon in there or a rubber? No fishy smell, no discharge except when I pee - after urinating - a tiny bit of discharge comes out that lands in toilet and appears that I've dropped an asprin in the toiltet water!! And - sometimes it starts to sound like it's bubbling?? Any ideas?

Hi, Thanks for using HCM.
Your explaination of swollen lymph nodes which moves like a baloon with discharge suggest infection. This may be STD like donovanosis or fungal infection(white discharge). If there is any ulcer in the external genitalia kindly examine and explain its charecteristics so that we can give you diagnosis. Get done microscopic examination of discharge and lymphnode biopsy if required for diagnosis.

Let us know about the drugs you have taken with duration since even after taking you have not relieved of the problem. You need speculum examination wit USG abdomen and pelvis once.

Hope I answered your question. Get back with the results and consult your doctor for further management.
Feel free to ask me if you have any further queries.
Wish you good health. Take care.

Regards

Hello,

There could be another STD along with BV. Have you undergone all the investigations to detect all STD's. My advice to you is to consult an STD specialist and undergo all the investigations to diagnose all STD's. No need to panic since most of the STD's are curable. Wish you good health.
