What Causes Sudden Onset Of Red Colored Bumps On Penis?

Question: few months a go i had sex with several women. and i didn't realize anything thereafter but suddenly few days ago i saw these small bit red shape balls in the area of penis. right now i don't feel itisching or anything like that. just bit myself traumatised. i found three small balls in the penis area.. one on testicle, other two on upper part of the penis, i mean not on the banana shape itself. just where we have hairs, just above the panis. so i m not sure what these are. it looks like herpes! pls can u answer me about this? thanks!

I appreciate your concern

The lesions seen on the images provided and based on your history, are not likely to be caused by Herpes. Based on the images you provided, the most likely diagnosis is Genital warts. Though other conditions like Condyloma Acuminata, syphilis and early stage granuloma inguinale can also present with similar growths initially. Keeping in mind the sexual history, an STD panel should be done to have some evidence before treatment is initiated for either of the clinically suspected causes.
