Swollen Outer Vaginal Lip, Itching, Dark Brown Discharge

I have a swollen outer right vaginal lip and its red and so it the are around it, as well as some itching. I think i might have some dark brown discharge, but i also just got off my period the night before so it could just be that. Whatever it is it developed overnight, and im also a virgin so it's not an std. I'm worried it might be serious but its embarrassing and i dont want to tell me mom so I'm hoping its just irritation that will go away on its own but I'm not sure.
