Swollen Face After Taking Allegra And Cetrizine. Swollen Legs After Taking Dexamethasone. What Can I Do?

hello, I'm in allergy treatmem nt, I'm taking allegra 120 mg once a day ( in the morning) and at night I' taking Cetirizine 10mg, I started to develope swollen face and the allergyst gave me dexametasone 0.5 mg to take 1 and 1/2 in the morning and 1 1/2 at night, I stopped using the dexametasone because I started to developed swollen legs and I thought it was because of it. then all of the sudden I'm swelling everywhere, what can I do?

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Since , you are a patient of allergy and taking fexofenadine ( allegra ) 120 mg and cetirizine .
Dexa also used.
Now main complaint is swelling though stopped using dexamethaseone.
However dexa, develops fluid & salt retention ,hence there develops swelling.
In you case the reason of swelling is not dexa as you used it only for short period.
If it uses for long time than causes swelling.
May be due to ,
urticaria,
renal failure,
allergy ( not responding),
Tropical eiosinophilia.
Stool examination , urine examination blood examination will help.
Consult a physician and get his opinion and there after get treatment.
