Swollen Bump Below Kneecap. No Pain, Mobility Issues. What Could It Be?

I have a swollen, almost circular, bump about two or three inches below my kneecap towards the inside of my leg. There is no pain. No mobility issues. No color change or warmness. I was just wondering what this could be. It s been there a month and it appears the swelling is going down a bit. I don t remember injuring it.
