Swelling On The Penis, Tenderness And Raw. Unprotected Sex. Remedy?

Hello....and thank you for your time....I have swelling on my penis.....the head is fine but just past the head, approximately 1.5 inches and the whole circumference, swelling has occurred.....I have recently had numerous and lengthy unprotected sexual encounters with the same monogamous woman....during these occurrences both vaginal and anal penetration was experienced as well as masturbation .....the swelling has no redness but tenderness and a burning/raw feeling is experienced

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Due to prolonged sex you might have develop phimosis ( partial ) in my opinion.
As there is no redness and burning sensation .
Wait for 3-4 days and it will resolve itself.
If still persists then consult a surgeon and get his opinion.
