Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
Appearance of redness and a constant pain around the site of surgery is suggestive of infection in the area. You can get his check X-ray done to see the extent of healing that has taken place. Taking a second opinion form another orthopedician will be helpful.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
