Suggestions Of Cure For Severe Pain In Both The Flanks

I have severe pain in my left flank for the last week with pain in right flank the last 4 days. Finished 5 days of antibiotic (Bactrian) yesterday. On third day of antibiotic the following urinalysis was done: Component WBC S, UA/HPF Standard Range 0-5 /HPF Your Value 6 to 10 Component UA RBC S/HPF COUNT, QN Standard Range 0-5 /HPF Your Value 0 to 2 Component EPITHELIAL CELLS, URINE SEDIMENT, QL Your Value 1+ Component BACTERIA, URINE HPF Standard Range NONES /HPF Your Value 1+ Any suggestions are appreciated!

Thanks for query .

Severe pain in both the flanks is mostly due to stones in kidney and needs to be confirmed .

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis.

In the mean while continue taking antibiotic along with anti spasmodics like Spasmo Proxyvon twice daily .

Ensure to drink more water this will help to dilute the urine .

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.
