Suggestion Remedies For Electric Static From The Left Elbow Upto The Palms On Stretching?

I have somekind of electric static kind oftingling in from my left elbow when I stretch going all the way towards my hand, palm and and middle finger, is it some kind of tendonitis I never felt this before. I am 60 yrs old women with mild arthritis in elbows and knees, I have see doctors before for the pain and I do take celebrex, but this is some thing unusual. any suggestions remedies.

It looks to me that you may be having nerve compression at your elbow or wrist. This may be ulnar or median nerve respectively. My advice to you is to avoid keeping your elbow and hand in same position for long hours. Also Gabapentin and methylcobalamine tablet will help. If pain persist than get EMG/NCV to find out right side for nerve compression. A steroid shot or surgery is option if symptom increases.
