Suggestion Of Cure For Migraines And Severe Pain In Legs

i have daily migraines and now it is a burning pain on right side of head and base of skull into shoulder blades. Today I noticed dark discolored spots where the pain is predominant on my head. i also have heavy legs and pain in them and this all worsens with heat. Not to mention tingling in finger tips

Hi,

Have you tried thermal approaches to treating your symptoms of headaches in the past? Many people will find that an ice pack or a pack of FROZEN VEGETABLES from the freezer placed over the area of most intense pain can help relieve pain and burning sensations.

If that helps, there are also machines and devices that will do that same thing. Some people find heat or warm towels soothe the same painful areas. You just need to try both and see.

However, it sounds to me from your symptoms that you may be dealing with some type of cervical spinal PINCHED NERVE causing the symptoms. An imaging study such as a CT or MRI scan of the neck may more easily identify the culprit nerve involved which then, will help the physician direct you for the proper intervention (physical therapy, acupuncture, medication, or surgery).
