General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi

Severe hair loss not responding to healthy life style changes, vitamin supplements requires to be investigated.

Nutritional deficiency such as anemia, hormonal imbalance due to polycystic ovaries and hypothyroidism, stress, excessive weight loss can all cause hair loss. All these causes should be ruled out.

PRP or Platelet rich plasma therapy and many other advanced treatment options are available for hair fall treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
