Suggest Ways To Prevent Pregnancy
Hello doctor good morning As i got married last year but due to some conflict between my husband and me i hv not allow to be pragnent but now this time i missed my period and i m worried if i get consive so plz suggest me what will be earliest way to be in period as still same peroblem between both of u i dont want to hvchild now so i request u the best amd earliest way for it to be in period thanks Bijal vyas 0000

Hi,
First you have to confirm pregnancy by urine pregnancy tests and or blood HCG test once your period will delay by more than 7 days from normal expected period date.If you will be pregnant then you can terminate intrauterine pregnancy according to law of abortion in your country after consulting gynecologist.
Mifepristone and misoprostol is safe and effective treatment to terminate pregnancy. It should be used under supervision of gynecologist after confirming intrauterine pregnancy by USG scan. Mifepristone should be followed by misoprostol vaginally by gynecologist under supervision after 48 hours. Abortion process will start with in 30-45 minutes after last pill and complete in 4-5 days.
Post abortion advises:
Follow up at 7th day USG scan 14th days should be done to confirm complete process of abortion. Rest for 48 hours. Avoid stress, take healthy diet with iron supplements, drink plenty of water, maintain proper pelvic hygiene.
