Suggest Ways To Give Up Masturbation

I personally masturbate a lot and tired of it. every time I do that I feel very lazy and have problems with my daily life and people around me. I read that masturbation doesn t have side effects, but I think it really does. The first problem I read it has is the frontal lobe disorder (damage); about 4-5 days after masturbating, my forehead pains me and I have problems to socialise. Please I beg you what do you advise me to do?? I really want to stop masturbation. please help me.

I understand your concern.
Masturbation is a healthy act, whereas when done in excess is bad for your physical and mental health.
You cannot completely give up masturbation. However, you can control it. All rests in your will power to control it as it is a voluntary act.
You can practice yoga and meditation to gain control of your body and mind. Engage in some physical activity like outdoor sports or hobbies which will divert you from the act. You need to keep your mind calm and happy.
Since you have decided strongly, go ahead to limit yourself. You may take counselling sessions from Psychiatrist if necessary.
