Suggest Ways To Correct The Irregular Shape Of Penis Caused Post A Ventral Phalloplasty

Ventral Phalloplasty post-surgery concern
I recently had a ventral phalloplasty procedure done to correct a problem that I was having with my scrotum riding too high on the shaft of my penis after a recent circumcision. my scrotum was lowered and excess skin (turkey neck) was removed and I now have sutures going about midway down on my shaft to the middle of my scrotum. my concern is that my surgeon sutured my skin too tightly at one area of my shaft at the base of my penis and causes my penis to appear to have a funny shape now (much larger at the distal end and skinny at the base). will it remain this shape from now on? what can I do to correct the tightness so that my penis is the same thickness at each end as it was before my surgery?
