Hi
I am Dr Mittal
I think that with multiple myeloma, you are on a very good medicine with quite an appropriate dose.

Now as for the stem cell transplant, I think if you can afford the treatment, you should definitely move in for that. You see, the bone marrow transplant is one of the best ways to get you through with multiple myeloma.

I would have like to know what you know about the disease and the procedure. It would have made it better to explain to you about it. But I will try to make it simple-
The stem cells are implanted in the body. These cells multiply and thereby make sure that the body cells are replaced. The affected body cells are therefore replaced slowly by the affected cells and this helps the patient

I would like to help you further. So if you have any further query, please feel free to contact me
I find this answer helpful
