Suggest Treatment To Start The Missed Menstrual Cycle

I have not had a period in 10 months. Last mental cycle was in April 2016. I was on birth control and lost a lot of blood and had a transfusion. I am wondering how to start my period and stop the boarding feeling cus I just feel really frustrated with feeling fat.

Hi.

First of all, you have to stop the birth control if you are on it. Speak to your doctor to initiate hormonal medications to help control your cycle. First start a withdrawal bleeding, and from there on put you on medications that should help control your cycle, probably even metformin (guessing you may have polycystic ovarian syndrome); so speak to your doctor in detail.

Best wishes.
