Hello!
It is good to stick to a diet plan but one day of the week you need to reward yourself, in order not to eat a lot along the week and to keep you motivated. It is called cheat meal. You can stick to the diet for 6 days and then on Sunday you can reward yourself with something but don't exaggerate. Try to eat a high protein diet with cheese, egg, cottage cheese, milk chicken, fish and less carbohydrates such as bread, rice, cookies, spaghetti, desserts.
Best regards.
