hi doctor,i m 31 years old& 70 kg. i have a badhabit of handeling. now my spenis size is 4 inch &while i m handeling i can not go more than 1munit &one thing till now i did not use any girl. now i m going to merry after 5days.pls advice me wht can i do? from bangladesh.

hi dear,
masturbation does not affect your penis size and also not have any effect on your body.
it is a normal phenomena and 99% of male doing it.
and size of penis 4 inches is enough to satisfy a female. as only initial 2 inches vagina is sensitive.
and regarding premature ejaculation there are two technique
1. squeezing technique in which when feel to ejaculate take out penis and squeeze glans of penis
2. start and stop technique when feel to ejaculate during sex stop and feel relaxed then start again.
consult psychiatrist for detail counselling.
