Hello my wife a 23 year old and have been suffering with hemoptysis ,from 1 year
no symptoms

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Most common cause of hemoptysis is tuberculosis. She may have other lung diseases. She should go for chest xray first. If needed go for endoscopy. Then she should take treatment according to diagnosis.
