Suggest Treatment Fro Fatigue, Libido And Dazedness For A 29-year-old

Hello, I am a 29 year old Male from Vancouver and I have been having issues with fatigue, libido, general alertness, seem dazed, apathetic to almost everything, etc. I am also a type 1 diabetic. I went to my family physician for a blood test with the idea that I may be low in testosterone. My results came back with Low and out of range Total test, low but within range Bio and free test. My doctor will not take the low test seriously and I need some help. My question would be for you to look over my numbers and are websites like this able to provide prescriptions?
