Psychologist 's  Response
Hello,

Zero sperm count is called azoospermia and 10 to 15% of population do suffer from this problem. Nothing to worry as of now. The azoospermia could be due to many factors like blockage of the duct or hormonal imbalances. but most of the problems can be cured. Therefore, I suggest consulting a reproductive specialist for physical examination, diagnosis and treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
