Suggest Treatment For Yellow Colored Urine And Severe Headaches

my spouse has been sick for several days, his symptoms, are the whites of his eyes are yellowish his urine is dark color, he has a hard time urinating even though he has been drinking a lot of water for 4 to 5 days, he has been running a temperature with headache and joint aches.. his appetite is not good .. He has only had one small bowl movement in 4 days.. He feels weak. I am worried about him and need to know if I should take hime to the hospital or make Dr. s appointment..

Hi,
Looking to the history of having fever with passing yellow color urine and having yellow sclera, there might be having jaundice, mostly infective hepatitis.
Go for,
Complete blood test,
Liver function tests like S. bilirubin, SGOT, SGPT etc.
Urine test for bile salt and pigment.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
After all reports, line of treatment can be decided.
Meanwhile give him plenty of glucose, fruit juices and water.
