Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,

I can understand your concern for the various spots on your hands and feet.

As per the history you have proided it appears to related to "Vasculitis" of the area. The typical soreness and the color change generally occurs in this problem.

You have not mentioned your age, sex and rated medical history so that I could have drawn a possible cause of the same.

In general for your kind of cases I go for all routine blood tests with complete hemogram and also related medical investigations.

I suggest you to meet a dermatologist who can guide you best for the further course of treatment.

All the best.
