Hello,

The following might be a few possible causes of your symptoms such as iron deficiency anemia, panic attacks, severe depression, or any malignancy. I would advise complete blood picture, peripheral smear, PCV, Fe, Hb%, MCV, MCH, and MCHC. Please do consult a physician for further evaluation.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Pallavi M., Anesthesiologist
