Hi
welcome to HCM
i have gone through your question
repeated saliva in mouth could be due to regurgitation due stomach hyperacidity

you have mentioned about your cyst in kidney please a consult a urologist for it definitive cure

Hepatitis might be giving you excessive vomiting please get your liver function test and update me the reports

meanwhile take tab pantoprazole with antacids
plenty of fluids and fresh fruits
avoid fatty spicy and junk food
go for exercise daily if possible

Hope this information will help you
good luck
