Suggest Treatment For Vomiting And Diarrhea

Hi I'm really worried about my Fiance, just suddenly earlier today he started to not feel well. And now he's running to bathroom ever few mins to throw up and also has really bad diahrea and chills, but no fever at all. He's also very weak, is that normal? Is there anything I can do to make him feel more comfortable?

its acute gastroenteritis no need to worry take plenty of fluids and ORS . if fever is there use tablet metronidazole 400mg twice a day and tablet metocloperamide 10mg twice a day before food.
