Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Infection

My wife is suffering from white discharge last few years, itching in vagina. in Oct 2014 she has take Clingen Vaginal Suppositories for 7 days & Flucanzole oral for 7 days which has prescribed by doctor in the year 2011. Now white discharge is still occur and from yesterday after intercourse both we are facing itching in our organs. Can she take Clingen Vaginal Suppositories for 7 days & Flucanzole oral for 7 days and she is also suffering abdomen pain while period

Hello,
I can understand your wife's problem and i would like to tell you that according to your signs and symptoms, your wife is suffering from fungal infection, might be candida. So you can take clindamycin suppositories and take oral flucanazole for 7days as your wife had taken previously.
Also want to advise you that avoid intercourse during this period of treatment. You can also take anti fungal medicine orally, as you are also itchy.
Also want to add that you both should keep your private parts absolutely clean regularly with soap water and keep the parts dry immediately after having bath.
Abdominal pain during period is normal and it will go away after few cycles automatically. and if the pain is unbearable and continues to increasing intensity, then you should consult a gynecologist.
