Suggest Treatment For Urination Issue After Gallbladder Surgery
I just had gallbladder surgery on Thursday and have been experiencing urination issues sinve the surgery. I feel like I have to urinate, and although I'm drinking a lot of fluids the output is small. Once I do go, I feel like I have to go again, but nothing comes out.
Hi. Were u catheterized after gall bladder surgery. If yes, u may be suffering from urinary tract infection. If not, it may be after effect of surgery, bothering ur mind. Get urine routine and culture...If infection found treat it with appropriate antibiotics. If no infection, limit water intake to 2.5 litres per day. Try anticholinergics like Solifenacin or Tolterodine. This should help u.
