Suggest Treatment For Urinary Tract Infection
hello doctor. i m 18 years old. I had sex with my boyfriend few days ago. When i am on my way home i feel discomfort. Finally, when i m home and about to sleep i had a fever and pain on my lower back. i went to our family doctor and he told me that i have a urinary tract infection. I have an irritation in vagina. It is so itchy and i have a watery discharge but has no odor.

Your symptoms suggestive of urinary tract infection especially the possibility of kidney parenchyma infection as well.
For that empirically you can be prescribed antibiotic course like nitrofurantoin. Before that urine should be submitted for culture.
Revert back with reports once done. It's advisable to take potassium citrate syrup at night and Cranberry juice extract tablet for UTI.
