Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Paralysis (upper arm or lower limb weakness, or it is the left side or right side of the body) can be due to cerebral stroke, infarction, hemorrhage, lesion etcetera. This condition can be well managed within a few hours or couple of days after the attack. Once the severity of paralysis comes down, the patient has to depend on physiotherapy. The role of medicines in this condition is very minimal unless the patient has hypertension, diabetic, or any other illness that demands long-term treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
