Hello,

Commonly poor hygiene and vaginal yeast infections causes itching. Other medical conditions that cause similar symptoms are trichomoniasis, gonorrhea, chlamydia, herpes, etc. It is a fungal infection that's causing itching, you can apply locally anti fungal creams or suppositories in the vagina and area of itching for relief. Hydrocortisone ointment also works well.

You should take care of your hygiene, take bath regularly and avoid multiple partners, always perform safe sex. Avoid oral sex. You can take a course of Fluconazole and Doxycycline orally to get rid of infection and ulcer in your mouth. Rinse and gargle your mouth with warm salt water 3-4 times a day. You can take non sedating antihistamines to prevent allergy due to latex, etc. It should get well, but to be on the safer side get STD tests done.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
