General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, the ulcers may be the aphthus ulcer, may be due to the deficiency,if the vitamins and bacterial infection.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cifixime, lactic acid bacilli, and mouth gargle, may be povidone iodine.
If he is using udiliv, and sorbiline, for liver problem, show him to the gastroenterologist for treatment and to know any relation with the hepatic problem.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
