General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your fiance experience with two lumps on the right side of the skull following a trauma I will suggest he has developed a Myositis (inflammation of the muscles)

In view of this please take any of the following Tablet nurofen Tylenol neurobion and then apply an ice pack on it for at 24hrs to reduce the swelling

I hope this helps Regards
