Suggest Treatment For Twinging And Stiffness In The Knee
3 weeks ago I landed poorly in a jump and iether twisted my knee or hyperextended it. There is still very slight swelling, but I have full motion of my knee and leg. I get twinges and stiffness from the back corners of my knee (not sides). What is this likely to be, and is it OK to run with it as long as there s no pain as such?
