Suggest Treatment For Toothache, Headache And Dizziness

I had been experiencing severe toothache and headache due to infected wisdom tooth. A week ago I wen to the dentist to have it extracted but he only remove the crown leaving the root behind saying it wouldn t give me any problem and that it would come out by itself. However, I m still experiencing toothache and headache and now just four days ago, I started experiencing dizziness and seeing everything spinning during my sleep especially when I try to turn my head and change sleeping position.

Hi..
Thanks for the query..

As per your query in case if the wisdom tooth is partially removed and the roots are still present then they will definitely cause you pain and there is also a possibility that the extraction site will not heal and will lead to infection and dry socket formation..

Pain in the wisdom tooth site and headache that seems to be radiating pain appears to be due to wisdom tooth only but dizziness, spinning of head are not due to wisdom tooth and looks like vertigo or disorders related to ear..
And for this you need to consult a Physician and get evaluated..

For the remaining roots of wisdom tooth consult an Oral Surgeon and get evaluated along with an x ray and he can remove the roots by surgical extraction..

As of now take Ibuporfen, naproxen etc for pain relief..

Hope this information helps..

Regards.
