Suggest Treatment For Tooth Ache Caused By Wisdom Teeth Removal
I have 6 wisdom teeth the three on my right side were causing me the most pain. I was put to sleep and they were removed. 1-21 its not 1-26.. I have a swollen cheek, with limited facial movement, my bottom front teeth radiates with pain all the way to my inner ear. Im on antibiotic for infection do you think I have an infection?
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain it seems that pain radiating to inner ear along with swollen cheek and limited facial movement seems to be most probably due to causes like infection at the site of wisdom tooth extraction leading to severe inflammation causing the following symptoms.. I would suggest you to consult your treating dentist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like x ray can help in diagnosis.. You can be given a course of antibiotics like Augmentin, anti-inflammatory painkillers like Ibuprofen and also do warm saline gargles, antiseptic mouthwash gargles and also do cool compresses on face.. If pain is severe narcotic painkiller like Tramadol can help..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards. Dr.Honey Nandwani Arora.
