Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain it seems that pain radiating to inner ear
along with swollen cheek
and limited facial movement seems to be most probably due to causes like infection at the site of wisdom tooth extraction
leading to severe inflammation causing the following symptoms..
I would suggest you to consult your treating dentist
and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like x ray can help in diagnosis..
You can be given a course of antibiotics like Augmentin
, anti-inflammatory painkillers like Ibuprofen and also do warm saline gargles, antiseptic mouthwash gargles and also do cool compresses on face..
If pain is severe narcotic painkiller like Tramadol can help..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
