Hello, I'm a 21 years old male. I've never had any major health problems, just minor colds. I'm also going to the gym or running frequently. If I every had a headache it went away after a good rest.
The problem is that I got a headache which refuses to disappear. The pain is mostly between my eyes where I feel warm and heavy, as if a rock was placed there. There is also some pain at the back of my head and at different places around my forehead. There is some pain around the eye globe too. The pain on the eyes reminds me of the pain one gets after using lenses (lenses which one should only use for one day) a whole day, and then taking them off before bedtime. The eyes have a constant feel of tiredness.
It started a week ago where I felt it difficult to read or concentrate on things displayed on the computer. After a couple of days I started to wake up with headaches (like the one I described above) that lasts the whole day. Now I have had this type of headache non-stop for four days with no signs of it disappearing.
The only moment of relief I have is when I actually sleep, or when I lie on the bed closing my eyes. But it returns quickly after opening my eyes.
What should I do about this?
Sorry for bad English, not native. Thank you.
