Hi,

There can be various reasons for your problems of paresthesis and lightheadedness. It can simply be due to anemia, vitamin deficiency, hypoglycemia (low sugar levels), low blood pressure, lack of proper sleep, and sometimes due to stress also. Occasionally, diseases of the ear (infection, neuritis) or cervical disc disease (neck-related problems) can also cause such symptoms.

Discoloration of the legs usually occurs when the pressure in the veins increases. It can be due to varicose veins, dermatitis, or skin ulcers. I Feel that take a balanced diet, maintain proper posture, and avoid prolonged standing. You should also go for some investigations like complete blood count, FBS, vitamin B12, and Doppler ultrasound of the legs so that we can have a proper diagnosis.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
