Suggest Treatment For Right Sided Headaches

Hi sir I have headache one side of head .my right eye always vibrating,since 3week I have tingling sensation on my face.i took saridon tab after talking this tab feeling better but my friends told it s not good .is it true .why I getting tingling sensation on face any medication for this condition

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms may be due to sinusitis and it may be frontal sinusitis, it can be well treated with Tab Acetaminophen with Ibuprofen three times in day, try some steam inhalation, drink more water, if this is not the sinusitis then it may be due to stress, and it may be tension headache hope this information helps.
