my wife is suffering due to thyroid last many years
she is taking morning pills
now i am running homeopathic medicine but
she is looking is fatty but she is very week i.e. when she comes from Ist floor to IInd floor so she feel so weekness what i will do

I do appreciate your concern regarding to your wife's health.
First i would recommend to check if the dose she is taking now is the correct one. To verify this she should check the TSH level.
If the TSH is within the normal ranges with the actual dose than a careful clinical evaluation is needed. There are many pathologies manifested with fatigue.
