Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

So sorry to hear about your problem and will try my level best to resolve it to the best of my knowledge and experience..

As per your complain it seems that you are suffering from UVULITIS that is inflammation and swelling of Uvula and is commonly seen in case of bacterial or viral throat infection..
At times it is also a sign of severe allergic reaction to some known or unknown allergen..
Inorder to know the proper course of treatment first of all the exact cause of the swelling that is either it is due to infection or allergy has to be ruled out..
You should therefore consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and he can do blood investigations as well as throat swab culture to confirm the cause..
If infection is ruled out then a course of antibiotics, anti inflammatory painkillers like Ibuprofen, doing warm saline gargles, steam inhalations and taking a soft bland diet with plenty of fluids can resolve..

In case of allergic reaction anti allergics like Levocetrizine and anti inflammatory painkillers can help..
Doing warm saline gargles and steam inhalation can help..
Ruling out the cause of allergy and avoiding exposure to the allergen can prevent allergic attack..

Hope this helps..

Regards..
